**Money-Back Guarantee:**
Unopened new products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**Restocking Fee for Opened Products:**
Opened new products will incur a 15% restocking fee.

**Time Limit for Refunds, Exchanges, or Credit:**
No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be issued after 30 days, except for items covered by warranty.

**Exclusions:**
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be issued for items sold as "Demo," "Used," or "Open Box."

*Please note:*
- Unopened new products must be in the exact packaging as provided by the manufacturer and should never have been opened.
- Opened new products must not have been installed or used, and they must contain all original contents, even if the original packaging has been opened.
