Black steel mesh woofer grille is included. Requires relocation of factory amplifier and removal of factory “subwoofer", if so equipped. For models equipped with a factory subwoofer, you must purchase a plain (without subwoofer) passenger side rear cargo trim panel (part #64429-04040-C0) from Toyota parts.
